The focus of my work is International Relations with an emphasis on enhancing logistics interoperability and readiness between U.S. and partner nation armed forces. Primary duties include:(1) USINDOPACOM Program Manager for all international logistics agreements, which provide the legal and fiscal authority for U.S. forces to exchange worldwide logistics support, supplies and services with partner nation military forces.(2) Logistics Working Group Co-Chairman of four USINDOPACOM Plans & Policy Directorate (J5) sponsored Bilateral Interoperability Working Groups.(3) Co-Secretariat of the Pacific Area Senior Officer Logistics Seminar (PASOLS), an organization composed of Flag & General Officers and executive level civilian logisticians from 31 member nations. The primary PASOLS objective is to enhance logistics interoperability between and among member nations.
