ABOUT PHILIP ULLAH

Dr Philip Ullah has published widely on a range of issues in psychology and work, most recently on collaboration and leadership. His 4th book, Collaborative Leadership in Financial Services is published by Taylor & Francis, and his previous works include A Practical Guide to Business Process Re-engineering (1996) and The Social and Psychological Effects of Unemployment (1987).Philip is an Executive Coach and Leadership Development Specialist, He also delivers leadership programmes for Harvard Business Publishing, a subsidiary of Harvard Business School and publisher of the Harvard Business Review. Philip has an academic background in organisational behaviour. He obtained his PhD in Psychology from the University of Birmingham, and worked as a research fellow at the universities of Sheffield and Nottingham before taking up the post of Senior Lecturer in Organisational Psychology at the University of Western Australia, where he was responsible for running the Masters programme in that subject.Specialties: Collaboration, leadership, leadership & management development, executive coaching, team development, human factors in technology projects.
