ABOUT PHILIP ROSEN

With over 15 years of work experience in cybersecurity, information security, and network security, I am a passionate and driven manager who leads and mentors teams of consulting security engineers to deliver high-quality security services for customers across the globe. I have a strong background in security frameworks, risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and solution design, as well as certifications in HIPAA, Security Compliance, and Security Architecture. I am currently working as a Manager, Information Security Concierge Services at Arctic Wolf, a leader in security operations that provides managed detection and response, managed risk, and managed cloud monitoring solutions.At Arctic Wolf, I manage nine security teams of 27 consulting security engineers, and supervise performance evaluations, career development, and mentorship for direct reports and other managers\' direct reports during extended leaves of absence. I also architected, developed, published, maintained, led, and tracked an operational program to ensure consistent delivery of security services for customers across the globe, supported entirely at the tactical operational level. Additionally, I partner with Sales as a Subject Matter Expert in Security Operations and GRC, contributing millions in annual recurring revenue, and with Marketing to create videos related to security awareness and best practices. I use my skills in cybersecurity, information security, network security, risk, compliance, and communication to enable and empower my team and my customers to achieve their security goals and objectives.
