Supervision for McKee Foods Corporation since 2013.(3 Departments, up to 35 direct Reports at a time)Promoted to Senior Supervisor in 2023. Graduated from Cleveland State Community College with a business degree in May of 2021 with highest honors, Phi Theta Kappa honors society, and a 4.0 GPA. Graduated with Certificate in Business Management in August of 2020.Attended both Southern Adventist University and Chattanooga State Community College and have over two years of college course credits in addition to my degree and Certificate.Received my Microsoft Excel 2016 Level 1 (2017), Level 2 (2019), and Level 3 (2019) Certificates from Chattanooga State Community College. Received my Ergonomics Certificate from NC State University.(2018)Part of the 1st Safety Ergonomics Team for McKee Foods Corporation. Our team met bi-weekly to evaluate, analyze, and improve tasks and production lines for McKee Foods. In which I frequently lead meetings such as Tier 1 and Tier 2 as well as process improvement teams.Previously worked in the Landscape Service Department (Construction) for Southern Adventist University from 20••••13.During this time I gained valuable experience with leadership, team building, and many other skills becoming the go-to trainer for driving and using heavy machinery (Dump Trucks, Bobcats, Backhoes, Steamrollers, and Trenchers).In addition, I was the Lead Juror in a case for Hamilton County.
