Responsible for monitoring, assessing, communicating and assisting the firms lines of business to manage regulatory change requirements• Provide advice to the lines of business on regulatory changes and emerging regulatory trends• Translate regulatory requirements into meaningful deliverables, identifying risks, controls and issues• Recommend appropriate actions to manage regulatory change impacts to/on the business including the creation of new processes and procedures• Develop and provide adhoc and periodic training and SME support to all lines of business on existing and new regulatory initiatives• Ensure new regulations are properly embedded in the compliance framework via appropriate obligations and controls• Represent NAB at Trade Association working groups and committees (AFB, ICMA, ISLA & ISDA)• Mentor apprentices, providing support to assist them in studying the CISI Investment Operations Certificate
