As Director of the Biologics & RNA Centre of Excellence, I provide strategic and operational leadership for CPI’s National Biologics Manufacturing Centre. Currently serving as Director of the Biologics and RNA Centre of Excellence at CPI, I lead a team of >70 bioprocessing professionals delivering cutting-edge programmes across biologics and mRNA.My career has focused on building and scaling capabilities that bridge science, strategy, and delivery. At CPI I’ve overseen growth in revenues, capability expansion into RNA-LNP, and the development of systems that enable high-performing teams across upstream, downstream, analytical and formulation groups.
