About Philip Oneal
I am looking for an opportunity to use the broad network I have established to assist companies in growing their business. I am a coach by trade & coaches are salesmen! 2024 retired following 30+ years as a Texas High School Athletic Director. I have served as an Athletic Director of a District in West Texas (Weatherford), Houston (Fort Bend ISD where I served 11 High Schools and 14 Middle Schools) and in the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex (Mansfield). I also currently serve in the role of President of the Texas High School Athletic Directors Association (THSADA). I have been blessed with the ability to be a relationship builder. I have been fortunate during my career to build a broad network as a result of those relationship building skills. In addition, my working in the largest geographic areas in the state coupled with my involvement in THSADA have allowed me to broaden my network state wide. I am a 2024 inductee into the Texas High School Athletic Directors Association Hall of Honor & the 2024 Texas High School Athletic Director of the Year.
