In my role as Estate Planning Consultant at Estate Planning Solutions I am passionate about our service delivery which is customer focussed and a consultative process as opposed to a sales process. Estate Planning Solutions provide protection for our clients\' wealth and assets during their lifetime and beyond. Experts in all aspects of estate planning, our services include Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney, Will Trusts and Lifetime Trusts.Established in 2003, Estate Planning Solutions have helped thousands of clients to ensure that their wealth and assets are protected and secured for future generations.A successful and growing business, we currently deliver estate planning services for a number of specialist law firms who find this to be a better business solution than developing and managing an in-house Wills and Probate department. This model is now being expanded nationally and to other business sectors such as Independent Financial Advisers, Accountants and Estate Agents.Through our network of professional contacts we also offer clients advice on Inheritance Tax Planning and probate. Through our associated Retirement Advice company we organise and deliver retirement seminars nationally. Initially developed for the NHS, these seminars are now being opened up to Police Federation, Local Authorities and large employers.
