Establish, foster and strengthen relationships between company and targeted government customers. Function as SME for on-site operational Big Data Platform (BDP) capabilities and work to operationalize capabilities into customers daily operations. Provide technical support to BDP users.Answer user questions and troubleshoot issues related to platform. Demonstrate BDP capabilities in customer spaces.Provide company leadership updates on training status, key customer engagements and overall assessment of the government\'s direction and adoption of capabilities.Responsible for understanding BDP technology and applications. Monitor the performance of the platform, conduct troubleshooting steps to determine root causes and make recommendations for improvements based on user feedback.Work with Enlighten’s Customer Experience Group to develop and implement marketing of capabilities, operational roadmaps, and action plans for identified targets of opportunity.Expand future opportunities by working with existing customers. Capitalize on desk-side opportunities to expand the end-user experience, knowledge, and understanding of BDP capabilities.Develop customer relationships and maintain updated knowledge of customer plans, programs, and general market intelligence.Collaborate with internal engineering and development departments.Own the customer experience success from start to finish. Work closely with company development and engineer teams to ensure DevSecOps pipeline delivery dates track with customer targets and timelines.
