With over a decade of experience in global logistics, I currently serve as Air Product Manager, overseeing both Air Import and Air Export operations. My role is centered on driving operational excellence, financial performance, and strategic growth across the air freight product, while fostering a culture of collaboration, compliance, and continuous improvement.I lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service, optimize process flows, and ensure financial health through effective P&L management and cost control. My focus spans business development, customer retention, and market intelligence, enabling our teams to respond proactively to industry trends and client needs.As a subject matter expert in air freight, I work closely with internal stakeholders, service providers, and customers to develop tailored solutions that enhance efficiency and value.
