Recruitment and Employer Branding Senior Specialist @EGGER Group

As part of the HR team, my role as Recruitment and Employer Branding Senior Specialist is to co-ordinate recruitment and selection activities for UK sites. I manage recruitment and selection processes including preparing job descriptions with Managers, advertising, and interviewing. I also provide advice to Managers on appropriate recruitment methods when required and, on occasion, generate targeted approaches for specialist roles. I promote the EGGER employer brand in all recruitment activities and ensure all advertising campaigns meet group guidelines and standards, ensuring that the Egger values of quality, progress and respect are apparent to all.
