ABOUT PHILIP M.
I retired from the NYPD as a Detective Investigator and am currently assigned to the Queens District Attorney Office as an Investigator with the trials bureau division. I have 21 years experience in Law Enforcement. Prior to retirement, I was assigned as a Detective Investigator assigned to the Information Technology Bureau- Investigation Unit. The Investigation Unit consisted of investigating allegations of misconduct by members of the service assigned to the Information Technology Bureau. Prior to the investigation unit, I was working with the NYPD Crime Scene Unit which afforded me the opportunity to work throughout the city, with every Precinct Detective Squad and almost every specialized investigative unit within the department as well as other local and federal law enforcement agencies to aid in the recovery of Forensics. During my tenure with the Crime Scene Unit, I have investigated approximately 350 Crime Scenes.
