Responsibilities:• Responsible for a global transformation program of work, with a Capex budget of Circa 12m. This multi-year program delivered the complete refactor and re-platform of TransUnion’s core credit products, from on-premise to cloud.• Implemented and delivered a new Global operating model, ensuring stability and ongoing management of our core products. • Ensuring smooth delivery or our products into a micro service architecture.• Plan, structure, lead and execute the product and technology development roadmaps in a fast paced and dynamic development environment.• Lead continuous development of group products and services to quality, time and to budget within an agile framework.• Build, manage and motivate the product teams to realise the demands of the business.• Work closely with product stakeholders, developing effective working relationships and continuous product development and release processes.• Plan the product development priorities and put in place effective monitoring and controls to ensure the prompt identification, evaluation and mitigation of risks, issues, and dependencies. • Coordination prioritisation and prompt resolution of product level risks and issuesKey Achievements:• Delivered a multi-year Global transformation program of work, taking Transunion’s core services into the cloud, this involved utilising Micro-service architecture, implementing new standards and delivering best practices. This also included driving the latest technology into the business and standardising repeatable patterns. • Delivered ALL feature/ functions across the divisional Roadmap. • Successfully Divested a company from TU – Including setting TSA and CSA agreements.• Delivered against set Capex/ Opex rates.• Integrated a TU global product into the UK market faster than any other region to do the same.• Continue to deliver cutting edge solutions on both Azure IaaS and Azure PaaS platforms.
