I am a highly accomplished executive with extensive expertise in corporate operations, finance, and business development possessing an extensive career in the research and development of pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Throughout my 20-year career, I have held senior leadership roles leveraging my leadership talents and business acumen to build sound organizational financial structures, develop strategic global partnerships, and form key operational partnerships. A shrewd negotiator I have been consistently successful in acquiring favorable terms and outcomes with vendors, clients, and business partners.As an entrepreneur, I have launched a successful consulting business and I was one of the partners of Momentum Research, Inc where I established the operational framework, finance and human resources functions. I designed processes and internal controls to support scalable growth and by adopting flexible business strategies, we grew this start-up from $1 million in revenue to more than $12 million during my tenure. In addition to my hard-won professional experience, my credentials also include bachelor’s in Business Management, multicultural experience having traveled to establish offices and partnerships in Russia, Europe, and South America. In addition, I am a Director and Board Member of the African Heart Initiative which endeavors to create partnerships to support medical research.

I oversee the business terms and relationships for external vendors, and the hiring of consultants. I also manage the firm’s finance needs including general accounting, reporting, and forecasting. By partnering with IT providers and internal technical staff I ensure the delivery of the support, tools, and functionality required to meet current needs and accommodate future growth.
