ABOUT PHILIP DUKE
Hi. I am Phil La Duke and people have described me as a safety thought leader, expert, strategist, and culture transformation architect, but what I really love is helping companies solve deep-seated cultural issues. I am currently employed as a writer, and board member on over ten medical research oversight boards. Most recently I worked as a Production Safety Consultant and a COVID-Compliance Supervisor for a major film conglomerate. Before taking on this role, I was a Partner and Business Consultant for a multi-billion dollar Consultancy with over 200 offices in 41 countries. I was part of the Performance Assurance practice and used safety solutions to drive strategy and institutional change. I am not an academic or theoretician, but I do use theories and scientific methods to help companies manage their risks, and develop and manage the talents of their people. I do a lot of writing and have over works in print that are eligible for citation and four books released by Marriah publishing.
