Woven into my career is more than 15 years of experience and significant accomplishments in multi-family real estate investment and asset management. My background includes managing a large, stabilized portfolio as well as a private family office of and portfolios involving ground up development and lease ups, refinancing, acquisitions and dispositions. I have a comprehensive understanding of value-add and value preservation to assets from investment, renovations, and operations standpoints. Whether working for a publicly traded company or a high net worth individual/private family office, I have been successful at cultivating market value – thereby increasing returns for ownership – despite complex challenges associated with high-pressure, high-stress situations involving a dynamically changing industry.
