I have worked for over ten years as a transactional attorney in corporate finance, the last four of which have been at Proskauer Rose. I specialize in secured finance and represent both lenders and borrowers in a wide variety of financing transactions including acquisition financings, asset-based lending facilities, debtor-in-possession and exit financings and other secured and unsecured lending transactions. My practice also involves working on different types of funds financings, including subscription lines and NAV facilities. In addition to the drafting and negotiation of loan documentation, the management of the client relationship and being readily accessible to answer questions and concerns in respect of the different deal intricacies are primary to my day to day business. I am very passionate about meeting client\'s expectations and ensuring that every step of a deal from the drafting phase to the funding date is optimal for both parties. I try to epitomize that vision by building honest and trusting relationships not only with my clients, but my colleagues at other law firms who work in the industry. My trademark is efficiency and facilitating an effective closing without any hindrances.
