In my role, I was tasked with spearheading the development and integration of a comprehensive Safety Management System (SMS) for our Part 145 organization. This encompassed overseeing the development and upkeep of critical safety documentation, as well as devising and executing Risk Assessments to evaluate safety levels within the organization. Presently, my focus lies on seamlessly integrating risk management into our daily production activities. Additionally, I took charge of authoring and managing a Safety Newsletter to underscore our organization\'s unwavering commitment to employee safety. I diligently maintain a safety database using SMS Pro Software to ensure accurate and timely recording of information. Moreover, I designed and updated our Emergency Response Plan to align with EASA and FAA SMS standards. Lastly, I provide independent assessments of safety concerns, risks, and mitigation strategies directly to the Accountable Executive as part of my primary role.
