I am an insurance industry veteran with over 38 years of experience. I mentored under the great Art Williams (of A.L. Williams), I have been instrumental in the growth of several, well-known insurance marketing agencies. In my last company, we had over agents from professions such as teachers, waiters/waitresses, police officers, firefighters, etc who earned to working part-time. The top 16 agents teams that I mentored had an average of $1 million to $3 million per month in premiums.Five years ago, my passion for mentoring and teaching brought me back to the industry that has been so good to my family. So far, I have mentored four leaders who have added over agents to our company. One individual who began with no insurance experience has 3,200 agents. And we\'re just getting started.
