   Americas Technology Consulting Learning Leader tasked with developing innovative solutions to foster a positive learning environment that is conducive to continuous learning for over professionals. • Partner with executive leadership to identify business performance gaps and translate into solutions that address the learning needs of EY’s Americas Consulting practitioners. Areas of focus include the firm’s alliance partners (Microsoft, SAP, IBM & ServiceNow) as well as Oracle.• Overhauled EY’s Americas Consulting’s virtual learning platform as a part of the firm’s learning transformation initiative by leveraging a third-party tool to create interactive self-paced mobile learnings as opposed to building in-house modules from scratch resulting in a 95% reduction in cost.• Manage and maintain multiple Microsoft Azure and SAP sandbox environments for training activities• Led integration of Amazon Alexa virtual assistant into EY’s Learning Center in Hoboken, NJ to reduce the reliance on administrative staff and help provide answers quickly to the most asked questions around learning and CPE compliance. Subsequently helped integrated Alexa into existing courseware to provide an element of gamification.• Served on global project team implementing EY Badges program using Acclaim platform to create opportunities for consultants to obtain digital badges in various degrees of proficiency on future-focused/market-differentiating skills• Implement technical training curriculum for EY’s Neuro-diverse Center of Excellence by leveraging a variety of learning modalities to best suit the specific population of learners to ensure an inclusive environment for all within the Technology Consulting practice.• Supported migration and testing effort during transition from firm’s in-house LMS solution to SAP SuccessFactors• Oversaw the creation of EY’s award-winning SAP Onboarding training which won a 2021 Gold Medal Brandon Hall Group Excellence Award.
