Responsible for the process of building, maintaining and monitoring the Integrated Business Plan (IBP) for the Integrated business team on behalf of the Business Manager.Building and owning the Business Team Delivery Plan (subset of the IBP) to include the programme of interventions including all strategic / reactive works, capital works / significant planned maintenance / Very Small Project (VSP) activity.Acting as the main point of contact with delivery streams (e.g. Capital Delivery, the Network Maintenance Alliance) for the pipeline of work required to deliver the IBP. Managing of the business team capital budget on behalf of the Business Manager from £60 - £500m within 5 year AMP period.Assuring delivery of all planned Capital Interventions on behalf of the Business ManagerLeading on specific topics or projects across the production line on behalf of the Delivery Manager community.This is a leadership role where success is dependent on the ability to flex between achieving results through the application of line management and indirect management skills.
