I’ve built a career solving the kinds of problems that stay hidden until they start causing pain, then bringing structure, clarity, and momentum where things feel stuck.Over the years, I’ve designed full solution offerings, built presales motions from scratch, created delivery frameworks that scale, and carried those same strategies into the room with customers. I’ve lived the full cycle from whiteboard to pitch to execution, and that’s shaped how I think: practical, structured, and always customer-centered.What I used to see as “just being helpful,” I now recognize as strategic leadership. I’ve helped teams break out of reactive habits, built engagement models that scale, and connected the dots between product, process, and people.I’ve also spent nearly two decades coaching competitive soccer, from grassroots to D1 academy levels and serving as board chair for multiple non-profit clubs. That experience shaped how I lead: build systems, invest in people, and design with the long game in mind. Coaching gave me a passion for development, whether it’s players or professionals and a mindset that translates naturally to solution design, team building, and strategic execution.Today, I’m focused on scaling presales impact, building alignment between teams, and simplifying the complexity that slows great people down.
