As part of the Youth Strategy & Propositions team, I lead the design and delivery of impactful educational and work experience initiatives that engage young people aged 6–19 across the UK. My work supports the development of Lloyds Banking Group’s future talent pipeline by inspiring, informing, and empowering the next generation.Key responsibilities:• Delivering high-volume, high-quality events across in-person, virtual, and live-streamed formats, reaching thousands of young people annually.• Managing the UK’s largest corporate work experience programme, coordinating over placements each year.• Creating engaging, inclusive content tailored to diverse learning styles and backgrounds.• Evaluating programme impact using both qualitative and quantitative data to inform continuous improvement.• Acting as a subject matter expert in youth talent development, representing the Group in external forums and partnerships.This role allows me to combine creativity, strategy, and purpose to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people and the future of our workforce.
