My legal practice focuses on public finance transactions for municipalities, school districts and 501(c)(3) organizations, in addition to handling other business and real estate matters.Prior to joining the law firm Bond Schoeneck & King, I served as counsel to the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation where I closed municipal bond transactions financing drinking water and sewage treatment projects. I am well versed with respect to the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA), town and county improvement districts, and the various federal and state programs applicable to public infrastructure projects.I was previously an attorney at a Southern Tier law firm where I worked on real estate, business and loan transactions, as well as tax certiorari and zoning law matters. After graduating from law school, I clerked in the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department. Attorney advertising. Prior results do not guarantee future outcomes.
