The Head of Customer Integration is responsible for ensuring the successful onboarding, transition, and adoption of customers across products and services. This role owns the end-to-end customer integration lifecycle, aligning commercial commitments with operational execution to deliver a seamless, value-driven customer experience while managing risk, governance, and stakeholder expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead the customer integration strategy, ensuring consistent, scalable, and repeatable integration outcomes.Oversee the end-to-end integration lifecycle, from contract handover through onboarding, transition, and steady-state operations.Act as the senior escalation point for complex or high-risk customer integrations.Build and maintain strong executive-level customer relationships, serving as a trusted partner throughout integration.Lead and develop cross-functional integration teams, working closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Product, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.Translate customer and contractual requirements into clear delivery plans, governance structures, and success metrics.Establish and maintain integration frameworks, playbooks, and best practices to improve speed, quality, and predictability.Ensure integrations meet all regulatory, contractual, and quality requirements, particularly in regulated or safety-critical environments.Track and report on integration performance, including time-to-value, customer satisfaction, risk, and issue resolution.Drive continuous improvement based on customer feedback, operational performance, and lessons learned.
