Recruiting coordinator for mental health and therapy tech start up. Schedule screens and virtual onsite interviews. Support hiring for departments such as clinical, legal and finance.Accomplishments: Tools - Implemented new scheduling assistant tool and revamped workflows for clinical interviews. Success measured by increasing weekly virtual interviews from 23 to 45 per week allowing the Talent Team to meet hiring goals for the Q1 and Q2 of 2023. Data/ Metrics - Collect and review Candidate Experience Surveys. Create pivot tables and slide decks, sharing metrics/scores to the Talent Team during monthly meetings. Provide insights and strategies to improve scores month over month. Onboarding - Create offer letters and execute pre onboarding tasks for new hires. Success measured by meeting 100% of SLA (<24 hours)- Draft offer letters, acquire approvals from Finance and send out to candidates.
