In my current role at DPS Skis/Phantom Glide I manage the development of a product line of eco-friendly ski wax\'s. My accomplishments so far include- Creating packaging across for product line that only existed in the back-shop in previous years - Setting up and managing the Amazon.com store which increased our overall DTC sales 50%- On-boarding ENDVR as a sell through and in-store marketing tool, setting up sales contests to encourage sell thru and engagement with the brand in brick + mortar stores- Created POP materials to be able to display our new packaging in a branded space at our retail partners, resulting in 85 being sent out in the first year- Managed creating of swag, banners, hats, t-shirts to support rep force and sell in/sell thru efforts- Develop SOP\'s for systems and CRM utilization including buying tools, forecasting, and financial analysis

ABOUT PHILIP CURLL
I\'ve spent the last decade in the outdoor sports industry, working on the product and commercial side of the business. Currently at DPS Skis managing our product line, and previously ran retail operations and worked in wholesale sales at Rossignol Group.I love the challenge of bringing products to market and figuring out how to make them successful across different channels. My experience spans product management, P&L ownership, retail operations, and wholesale account management. I\'ve opened stores, managed trade shows, implemented new tech systems, and built relationships with dealers and sales reps across North America.At Rossignol, I managed 5 stores and directly supervised the brands highest-grossing location globally. I also supported wholesale accounts across the US and led our trade show presence at OR, WSM, and other major shows.
