I am a product manager with 11.5 years’ experience of hardware new product introduction (NPI) and the management of product development from idea creation to detailed design and validation, ensuring customer needs are the focus of each product feature. I’ve become a process champion for use of innovative Lean/Agile methods in hardware solution discovery and have become an expert at converting complex datasets into problem definitions. Whether it’s turbine seals & blades, wind turbines acoustics, lithium ion batteries or ASRS robots, I’ve taken on an internal domain expert role for global stakeholders.My strongest qualities are tenacity, adaptability and being passionate about obtaining the outcome that really matters for the business.
