Currently handling high value/complex Casualty & Commercial Property claim DA referrals from EG\'s Claims Handling Agents/TPAs.Previously auditing claims from Syndicates to the Lloyds Minimum Standards (MS9) customer protocol requirements. Prior to this worked for Legal Protection Group on claims management, IT systems development, litigation management, Supplier and SLA management and new business development.Prior to this I held a senior position in the world\'s leading litigation funding and a UK market after-the-event insurance company. I have 40+ years of claims and management/ supervisory and litigation experience having held senior management positions in high profile Market leading insurance operations.I am a pro-active, hard-working, reliable and committed individual specialising in almost all types of claims, related litigation and case law. My technical capabilities are complimented with innovative and “leading edge” IT skills in the design, development and implementation of insurance claims systems.A confident and effective verbal and written communicator, with advanced “face-to-face” negotiating and auditing skills and a capability to deliver conclusions in a friendly and professional manner and positively progress matters to the quickest and most satisfactory conclusion.A strong ability to assimilate complex technical information, legal practice and procedures and manage high value claims and litigation.
