I have focused my efforts on the development, implementation, and support of advanced BIM/VDC technologies staying on the front lines. Oversight of BIM process within AEC Industry as they relate to their BIM scope. Develop, design and implement BIM modelling protocol, standards, execution plan, coordination workflow, and document control. Coordinate the construction life cycle, BIM files transmission, captured design changes and communicate changes to the different AEC teams. Supervise BIM technicians, and job site personnel on large scale projects into implementing and adapting BIM/VDC standards and execution plan. Organize weekly BIM coordination meetings and create clash reports and resolution actions across the different industry sectors to ensure the successful completion of the project. Build the onsite network architecture (Intranet) to ensure effective work sharing environment between the different construction sectors. Prepare material and conduct training for the different products and software. Integrate 3D modelling into 4D, 5D, and 6D simulation of the construction schedule to improve field performance. Provide early 3D visualizations and quantification of the area, spaces and material quantities for site logistical purposes. Provide information related to site plans and interior/exterior of buildings in an accurate, easy to understand 3D parametric format, and help demonstrate a better understanding of the necessary sequencing for construction. Prepare animations, which navigate a virtual project site and produce rendered photo-realistic images.
