Learning & Development, to me, is about empowering people to grow – both professionally and personally. As a Senior Associate in Learning & Development at PwC Germany, I am responsible for company-wide onboarding programs and hands-on soft skills trainings – spanning the full cycle from design and organization to delivery and evaluation. In addition, I manage professional training programs in the Tax & Legal space, bridging technical and interpersonal development in areas such as GenAI and new manager enablement. When designing learning experiences, I combine structure with creativity: I develop concepts that are methodologically sound while leaving room for fresh perspectives, interaction, and real-world application. I am passionate about creating learning environments that go beyond knowledge transfer – fostering motivation, meaningful collaboration, and lasting impact.
