I’m passionate about bringing quality, compliance, and practical solutions to Human Biological Sample Management (HBSM) in pharmaceutical R&D. I’ve spent my career leading global teams to make sure we meet ethical standards and navigate the ever-changing landscape of regulations, no matter where in the world we’re working. I focus on making life easier and more efficient—whether that’s by developing clear written standards, rolling out digital tools, or finding the right balance between quality and risk management. I’m always looking for ways to improve and simplify how things are done, and I enjoy being closely involved in internal control frameworks to help drive continuous improvement across the business.
