   Have over 40 years experience/expertise professionally representing both buyers and sellers of Austin metro real estate.Moved to Austin in 1984 and obtained real estate license. In 1986 obtained Broker license and opened my first Real Estate company, Southwest Prime Investments, selling mostly commercial properties. In 1989, started a second company, Showcase of Homes, for residential sales, hired eight Brokers, and decided to office in a Mall - Barton Creek Square – something that had never before been done in Austin.Have four years experience, information, and training with National Home Builders as an “on-site” agent, and the training received for certification in as a “New Home Specialist”, is invaluable to my clients today wanting to purchase a “new” home. Past clients include U.S. Olympic athletes, professional athletes, movie stars, corporate presidents, and executives from some of Austin’s and the Nation’s most prestigious corporations. As a commercial Broker, I was hired by one of the largest asset management companies in Austin to help compose CMA’s and BPO’s for numerous banks, mortgage, and PMI companies, and in a real estate/Broker capacity, with the sale/disposition of these properties. I was subsequently hired as the Lead Broker for Investors International – a consortium of investors purchasing multi-million dollar “distressed portfolios” from various institutions – and traveled across the U.S. meeting with FDIC officials, as well as REO specialists, to evaluate their varied portfolios for possible acquisition by this consortium.
