I have many years experience of being an Operations Director at Discount-Licensing. My role here is split between the Procurement of software licences and running a busy office. For Procurement - I manage a small team of professionals to ensure our stock levels remain high for all fast moving Microsoft licence products both in Europe and the UK. I often deal directly with suppliers to negotiate purchasing contacts and to ensure processes are followed to prove asset ownership prior to a purchase taking place. Providing support for the sales team to optimise software licence sales opportunities. As well the procurement role I manage all aspects running a successful busy office including \"Sales\",\"Administration\" and some aspects of the \"Finance\" roles. Together we maintain best practise and a high customer service level to all our customers. We ensure our processes are 100% compliant with the European Software Directive and European Court of Justice ruling from 2012. Every transaction is 100% fully insured to give all our clients piece of mind. All our processes are 100% transparent.
