SGM (r) Phil M. Dolbow is a cleared Master Cloud Consultant with a focus on security. With a B.S. in Terrorism and Counterterrorism Studies and certifications from the National Security Agency, the Department of Defense, Oracle, ISC2, Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Sophos, and others, Phil is a subject matter expert who works extensively on government projects for Oracle. Phil has extensive experience in IT network security, engineering, and secure communications systems. His expert knowledge of cloud systems engineering, IT security, intelligence operations, and critical infrastructure protection positions him as a key leader in the industry. Phil’s background includes four decades of experience in the high technology field working primarily with the Department of Defense, and other federal and state agencies. He works both domestically and internationally with his clients in both hostile and non-hostile environments. His experience includes in-country Program Manager for a forward-deployed IT organization in the CENTCOM AOR successfully executing a $100M+ budget.
