We acquired a fire engineering consultancy in 2022 and merged with the Diamond and Co building surveying practice to create Brooker Diamond, offering unrivalled specialist capability that can provide comprehensive surveys to enable a full understanding of the condition of a property and facilitate the creation of robust integrated fire-engineered solutions. We have extensive experience in the technical aspects of cladding and insulation materials and are one of only a few firms in the UK with full professional indemnity insurance to carry out all aspects of fire risk assessments - including the signing of EWS1 forms for Options A&B, undertake single building assessments and Fire Risk Appraisal of External Walls (FRAEW) using a PAS9980 approved methodology.
