Do the right things, do them well and success will come! In my career in coding, marketing (hardware, software, looking after a specific target audience) and now Business Management I have always tried to live and work by this principle. In Industry Solutions Engineering (ISE) we inspire and help people build incredible software and it\'s an amazing place to work, things change constantly, challenge is a part of every day, we get to do cool stuff and even in my role managing the business - measuring our impact, OPEX, budgets, headcount etc, I still get to try new things - some of them even work -) If people want to take risks and you know it\'s going to fail, let them do it, as long as its not going to break the bank! You can learn a lot from mistakes. Mind you I balance that with Einstein\'s quote - Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
