DYW West is the regional group for Developing the Young Workforce, West Region covering Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire, Inverclyde and West Dunbartonshire. Initially called IIYG (Invest in Youth Groups), regional groups have been established all over Scotland following the Wood Commission. Funded for 3 years by the Scottish Government and based at our host, the West College of Scotland in Paisley – we are here to develop sustainable links between schools, colleges and employers with a view to helping employers shape their future workforce and help better prepare young people for the world of work.Find out more at
