Provide operational and strategic targeting support to JTF-N (J32) by managing the full targeting cycle, integrating lethal and non-lethal effects, and supporting CD/CTOC mission areas through participation in boards and working groups with interagency and DoD partners.• Lead the joint targeting efforts and fires planning, aligning JTF-N targeting requirements with USNORTHCOM strategies by developing JOPP-based products, operational design frameworks, and cycle-based targeting deliverables in support of complex, multi-domain mission objectives.• Prepare and deliver detailed operational briefings, target folders, and operation order appendices, enabling senior JTF-N leadership to make timely, informed decisions while ensuring synchronization across ISR operations, partner engagements, and targeting strategy.• Collaborate with interagency and military stakeholders to develop actionable targeting products, ensuring full-spectrum options were aligned with JTF-N objectives and enhancing mission effectiveness through real-time integration of intelligence, operational planning, and resource coordination.
