We launched Northstone as the homebuilding arm of Peel Group. It was a rare opportunity to work from a blank canvas to bring forward a fresh and unique product into the market. The ambition was to create more than a house and look at the development as a whole striving to create exceptional spaces, stylish environments, and communities for people. We wanted to innovate, adapt, and regenerate spaces creating sustainable, energy efficient homes and community focused spaces and in so doing build a more neighbourly environment.Northstone has grown each year since its formation, delivering sustainable and energy efficient multi tenure homes in its own right and also in partnership with RP’s and investors, winning commendations and awards for its approach….
