ABOUT PHIL WHITEHEAD

Managing Director for Western Europe at Molson Coors Beverage Company, with more than two decades of experience in food and drink. I have been lucky enough to spend most of that time at Molson Coors, working in a range of different roles over the years – from beginning in 2008 as a Manufacturing Director before going on to pursue roles across Sales, Commercial and General Management in the UK, Europe and North America.Molson Coors (Western Europe) is the brewer of major beer brands including Carling, Coors, Madrí Excepcional, Staropramen and the UK’s number one cask ale, Doom Bar. While our heritage is rooted in beer, we have expanded over the years to offers a modern and diverse portfolio, which includes iconic brands such as Aspall Cyder and Rekorderlig as well as great partnerships with Tarquin\'s Gin and Black Cow vodka.I am a passionate advocate for the positive impact that the brewing and hospitality sectors bring to communities and the role that the pub plays in building the social fabric of the UK. I am also proud of the work that my team are doing on building a truly inclusive culture, one that gives everybody the opportunity to be successful and one that enables people to be successful regardless of their background or start in life - this is how we will grow, develop and become an even better business. It\'s also great to see the wider industry embracing this challenge through commitments like the British Beer & Pub Association Open To All Charter, and the WiTHL community devoted to increasing diversity and inclusion across the hospitality, travel and leisure sectors.
