Specialising in the retail GNFR sector Vanguard Retail is an Equipment Management agent. Our core target areas are the equipment and processes surrounding: Fixture Asset Management, GNFR Equipment Consolidation, Seasonal Change Rollouts and Capital Program Initiatives.Focussing on Supply Chain design and delivery for retail fixtures (from furniture through to POS) we deliver measurable and sustainable cost, service and process improvements to our clients. Our services deliver both directly through our Warehousing and Transport division and indirectly through our Equipment Consultancy division.Our teams engage with GNFR sector clients from the point of equipment concept through to the end site delivery of a given project. Our combined knowledge of supply chain and logistics networks alongside our experience of the retail equipment industry enable us to be able to deliver on cost benefit and service targets to our clients in a broad range of scenarios and projects.With a clearly defined strategy our ambition is to partner with key Retailers, Manufacturers and Installation clients in the UK retail sector to enable improved service and cost opportunities in the GNFR supply chain function.We aim to be transparent and open in our approach and we judge our success by the improvements we continue to deliver with our clients.
