I have been employed by AXA Insurance since holding various roles within the Motor Engineering Unit, initially as an In-House Engineer and moving into a Field based role covering the North, West and East Yorkshire and also North Lincolnshire, before becoming an In-House Senior Engineer.In 2009 I moved into Network Management, covering North East England and Scotland with responsibilities for -Approved Supplier PerformanceRelationship Management Cost Control Customer ServiceComplaint ManagementComplianceTechnical Support for claims unitI am highly motivated with a can do attitude and not afraid to tackle challenging situations, whilst being able to demonstrate good problem solving skills, and a good technical knowledge of the industry.
