I am an accomplished Senior Executive with 25+ years\' management experience in Fortune 100/500 retailers including Boots, Tesco and WHSmith. I have numerous leadership, management and coaching certifications, alongside my valuable experience. Throughout my career, I have built up a brilliant track record of leading successful retail stores at both the individual and regional levels (up to 190 stores / £330m). I am passionate about developing others, providing elevated customer experiences, driving continuous improvements, and delivering exceptional results.
