Working in the Impulse / Convenience team for Pilgrims Europe( Key chilled brands such as Richmond,Walls,Mattesson’s, and Fridge Raiders) on major key accounts, with over 25+years experience in this channel, I am passionate and highly driven to succeed, a love for life and enjoy the daily challenges. Convenience is a specialized and complex channel, with complex route to market networks, buying group and managed accounts, along with the wholesalers, my experience of working across all these areas puts me in a great place as understand the customer needs. With clear KPI\'s to hit, my focus is highly tuned in for reaching these with prioritizing, chasing what I can influence, and most importantly forging great customer relationships as proven this is the only way to gain mutual sales growth, working together with the customer is an absolute must in my view.
