In September of 2014, I officially launched Scottsdale Private Lending, LLC, an Arizona private-money real estate lending company. Having almost 30 years extensive experience in residential and commercial lending, as well as management of commercial property, I truly enjoy working in Arizona\'s diverse commercial real estate finance industry. I previously was Senior Vice President with one of the largest Private Mortgage Banks in Arizona. My responsibilities were loan origination, head trainer of new loan officers, loan underwriting and construction administration. I was personally involved in the loan origination of over a billion dollars of private debt financing. My family moved to Phoenix when I was only 5 years old, Following my graduation from Phoenix Brophy Prep, I went onto Arizona State University, where I graduated with honors with a BS in General Business. I currently am a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in Arizona (NMLS 12•••15), and also hold a license as an Arizona real estate sales agent.I have been priviliged to have served on the Board of Directors for Arizona Mortgage Brokers Association (AAMB) and I am a member of Arizona Private Lender Association (APLA). I have been happily married for over thirty years and have two adult children.When I am not working, I can be found spending time in the mountains of northern Arizona with my darling wife or looking for the next best foodie experience in Scottsdale (preferably Italian!)
