I lead the Early Careers Talent Acquisition team for Aon in the UK & EMEA covering our graduate, intern and apprentice recruitment. My team manage the candidate attraction, selection and onboarding of approximately 350 new colleagues into Aon\'s Early Careers programmes annually.
