I have been employed as a manager within Housing for over 20 years, for the last 16 years I have been working in the capacity of Head of Service. I currently work for Guinness Property as senior Head of Operations. Guinness Property is a wholly subsidiary of the Guinness Partnership and delivers repairs, maintenance, planned and major investment projects to over homes across the country.I manage an annual budget of £40 million, and see budget management as one of my key areas of strength. I currently manage a team of 450 people spread over a large geographical area.I am part of the senior management team which controls our turnover of around £60m per annum.
