I am currently engaged as a Risk Manager for the Eiffage Kier JV, on the C2 and C3 Main Works Civils Contracts for HS2.During my earlier career with Kier Group, I embedded ISO Enterprise Risk Management throughout the Contracts, Sectors and Utilities Business Unit. Initially this encompassed the drafting of procedures, processes, guidance notes and training for all relevant staff. I also provided risk management support to the Thames Water Infrastructure Alliance.
