A founder / founding team that scales successfully has cracked the connection between idea / solution, market, personal strengths and ability to execute. In my experience, founders concentrate too much on idea or product features and neglect scaling processes and their own self-development. Why is that? Too busy? Because it’s uncomfortable? Because they’re not as hungry as they need to be? I work closely with a handful of founders on their growth journey – the ones that really want to become exceptional.
